• The heart of the weigh batcher is the Load Cell. In CIBI batchers we use  Hermetically sealed ,IP68 ,High quality steel ,shear beam load cells, with the best reliability and top class accuracy through out the lifetime . 
• The micro-processor based electronic indicator is an extremely reliable and user-friendly weight indicator. It has 2 display windows. In the first weight is displayed in bright red color and in the second, parameter settings are displayed.
• With the in built RS-232 communication, the intelligent terminal can be interfaced with a PC or other peripheral equipment like Printer.
• Our software team provides you with customized software for  your specific requirements for weight processing.
• The weatherproof Junction Box also gives greater protection against voltage and current surges.

Specification of Batching Indicators

• To Set up the weight of the Tank weighing system product to be filled in the Hopper.  1) Target weight setting.
• Two different feeds ( fast & slow) can be controlled by using two relays 
• Sequential mode or simultaneous mode of operation field selectable for the two fedd
• Automatic  turning off of the Tank weighing system relays on achieving target weight overload indication.
• External proximity switch for “START” operation, to start each batch
• External proximity switch for “STOP” in emergency situations handling
• Discharging of the batch will be your responsability.
• Hopper empty, batch in process, weight achived LED indications will be provided.
• Resettable counter facility will be provided.
• 110V AC supply will be provided.

Points to be considered While erection of your Tank/Hopper.

For the best accuracy and reading the Tank weighing system /Hopper should be mounted only on loadcells free from any other connections. If any Pipes are connected ,it should be connected through Bellow.
